Job Description

Greet customers at the dealership and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of vehicles they are interested in.
Provide expert advice on the use, care, and features of various models and brands available at the dealership.
Estimate or quote vehicle prices, credit terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
Prepare vehicles for purchase, rental, or lease, ensuring they are ready for customer inspection and use.
Complete sales, rental, or leasing contracts and accept payments via cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit.
Assist in the display and arrangement of vehicles in the showroom to maximize their appeal to customers.
Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control, tracking vehicle sales and stock levels.
Operate computerized systems for inventory record-keeping and re-ordering, ensuring a well-stocked and diverse vehicle selection.
Conduct and facilitate sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce for customers preferring online shopping.
Collaborate with the dealership’s finance and service departments to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
