 Conducting all kind of civil Materials test in field & Lab (soil, concrete, asphalt)  Inspect and witness all material testing (site & laboratory) as a third party for all site inspections  Sampling in different sites (soil, concrete, asphalt)  Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.  Review all inspection reports for compliance.  Witnessing of all inspection activities for civil construction works such as concreting works, and Witness soil sampling and testing Earthworks inspections such as field density test.  Conducts civil inspections of soil, asphalt & concrete pavements.

 Coordinate with independent test laboratory on daily basis to conduct field/laboratory tests in time as per site requirements.  Coordinate with consultant & third party for all site inspections  Maintain records of daily inspections.  Witness all checking of quality of the delivered concrete to site whether conform to concrete slump, concrete temperature, cubes sampling, etc. prior to discharge of concrete.  Inspect and witness all material testing in the laboratory in accordance with the specifications and quality standards.  Make RFI (Request for Inspection) for the commencement in relation of daily activities at site.  Inspect and witness all material testing in the laboratory.  Conducting all kind of civil Materials test in field & Lab.  Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors.  Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.  Review all inspection reports for compliance.  Witnessing of all inspection activities for civil construction works such as concreting works, and Witness soil sampling and testing Earthworks inspections such as field density test.

 Responsible for implementation of all the QA/QC policies before, during and after construction activities / works.  Report to the QA/QC Manager, controls and monitor all activities related to Quality.  Ensure that the work completed is as per Project Specifications, Method Statement and Shop Drawings.  Preparation & approval of Material Submittals and Pre-qualification, according to QCS- 2014, Kahramaa & Project Specifications.  Review subcontractors/ suppliers’ profile to assess the competency and finalize the suitable parties.  Preparing & verifying the Quality manuals, MS, ITPs, and Checklists, in additional to all documentations regarding the projects as per contract requirements and international standards.  Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.  Attend periodical audits internally in the project sub-contractors to maintain quality all throughout the entire span of the project.  Monitor inspections progress, review inspections report and documentation and verify upon compaction of the work, that all requirements have been met and relevant inspection and test plans.  Finding and preparing root causes and corrective action /preventive action for closing of nonconformance reports (NCR’s) and site observations (SOR’s) issued by clients/ consultant.  Effectively raising internal Non-conformance Report to the sub-contractors in case of deviation in the implementation of the project.  Preparation of QA/QC Monthly/weekly reports.  Participating in the quality control of materials including all the laboratory and field testing, acceptance of used materials, checking and accepting all remedial and corrective measures.  All type of material sampling with 3rd Party Lab / Consultant & maintain frequency as per QCS requirement.  Test reports review and submission for consultant review and approval as per QCS requirement.
