1. Receiving procurement requests from originating department for the commencement of procurement proceedings. 2. Preparing Purchase Order for onward submission to Account Office for Payment 3. Assisting the Regional Procurement Manager with the preparation of the Procurement Plan 4. Co-ordinating the process of opening Tenders and the preparation of formal records of tender opening in accordance with the Ghana Procurement Act 5. Preparing Award and Contract letters to successful tenderers 6. Attend Entity Tender Committee meeting 7. Complete administrative tasks, such including filing, photocopying, mailing, and completing required forms and reports. 8. Ensure the physical office space is organized, professional, including organizing and maintaining the storage and filing systems (40 hours/week)
1. Assisting the Business Development Manager with the development of the Sales and Marketing Plan 2. Communicating with Account Managers for their Provident Fund Administration 3. Prospect for new corporate clients and maintain good relationships with existing clients 4. Providing advisory service on fund management options 5. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders 6. Prepare reports on account status 7. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory (40 hours/week
