Responsibilities
Tasks
• Prepare, cook, and produce all franchise-approved sauces, marinades, and specialty food items in the central franchise kitchen facility.
• Follow standardized franchise recipes, portion controls, and preparation procedures to ensure consistency across all restaurant locations.
• Ensure all food products meet company quality standards for taste, freshness, appearance, and safety.
• Train and mentor other cooks and kitchen staff from various franchise restaurants on the franchise’s standard recipes, cooking methods, and proper food preparation techniques.
• Provide instruction on portioning, plating, sauce usage, and maintaining uniform food quality across all franchise locations.
• Assist in developing and implementing training guidelines and operational kitchen procedures for franchise staff.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations, including proper handling, labeling, storage, and temperature control of all ingredients and prepared items.
• Monitor inventory of spices, ingredients, and kitchen supplies required for sauce and food production and report shortages to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and food production areas according to health and safety standards.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet the supply needs of multiple franchise restaurants in a timely manner.
• Inspect finished sauces and food products for quality control before distribution to franchise locations.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and franchise management to support smooth central kitchen operations and consistent restaurant performance
