Responsibilities
Tasks
• Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the Subway restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, including sandwich artists and shift supervisors.
• Prepare employee work schedules and assign duties to ensure proper staffing levels at all times.
• Monitor inventory, order food and supplies, and maintain adequate stock while minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation standards as per company and government regulations.
• Maintain quality control of food preparation, portioning, and presentation according to Subway brand standards.
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage cash handling, daily sales, deposits, and maintain financial records.
• Implement cost-control measures and assist in budgeting to maximize profitability.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and customer traffic.
